When I was studying the wines of the world in Napa Valley, I took a couple of classes where we studied distillates and cocktails.
Along the way I discovered that creating cocktails was like creating dishes but the ingredients, for the most part, were liquid…
After my studies I worked in one of the best bars in the world in New York.
Bars whose success stories I studied in college.
In these years of work, I learned to experiment with ingredients, mixes and experiences to create unique cocktails.
I traveled to different cities around the world to take certifications, including BarSmarts, with the most recognized people in the cocktail industry in the United States as my teachers and judges.
It was an experience I will never forget.
During the pandemic, Noktails, my bottled cocktail business, was born.
The creation of Noktails was born out of the need to create experiences since we were at home.
Noktails is a brand inspired by the 1920s prohibition era, where the sale of alcohol was illegal and Speakeasy bars were created.
These hidden bars had a secret password to enter and only those who knew the location and password could attend.
Noktails is a virtual speakeasy through the instagram platform where the password to “enter” is to see one of our posts, double tap the screen and swipe.
The cocktails are inspired by important characters of the 20s, such as Coco Chanel, Louis Armstrong, among others.
